Our quotes are estimates and valid for 30 days. Orders are subject to our acceptance.
Quotes may change if site conditions or requirements change.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify quotes before an order is confirmed.
Our Responsibilities
We provide estimated delivery times in good faith but are not liable for delays.
Deliveries occur during normal business hours on weekdays and Saturdays.
Our liability is limited to re-supplying the product or refunding your payment at our discretion. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Future repair services for goods may not be guaranteed.
Your Responsibilities
You must ensure the product is suitable for your needs and site conditions.
If you fail to meet your obligations, including timely payment, you must cover any costs or losses we incur.
If you have a complaint post-installation, you must allow us access to inspect the issue.
Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Structure
Deposit (30%) – Non-refundable deposit required before design work begins.
Manufacturing Payment (30%) – Due before production starts.
Pre-Installation Payment (30%) – Due before delivery and scheduling installation.
Final Payment (10%) – Due upon completion and approval.
2. Payment Terms & Methods
Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or an approved financing option.
Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payments may result in work delays, suspension, or additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
The 20% deposit is non-refundable once design work begins.
If cancellation occurs after production begins, the 50% manufacturing payment is non-refundable.
Cancellations after the pre-installation phase may forfeit payments and incur additional costs for restocking or labor.
4. Project Delays & Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide site access and necessary approvals (e.g., strata or building permits).
Customer-caused delays (e.g., site unpreparedness, lack of approvals) may result in rescheduling fees or storage costs.
5. Warranty & Final Payment
Our workmanship is covered by a 7-year warranty (excluding wear and tear, misuse, or external damage).
The final 10% payment must be made before the warranty is activated.
